Thanks, Cheri

Thanks to Cheri, I am now on track with my new(not asked for) blog. I had to sign in differently, and as a result I now have two(2--II) separate blogs. I need to figure out how to delete the newest one. Anyway, Cheri helped me(she actually did it) move the pictures I had posted on the new blog to the old blog--Lordy, this makes me dizzy just thinking about it. I think that I am on track now. I wanted to show everyone what this rain has done to my plants in the back yard. It has become a jungle. I just love it. I have not watered in over a week. All the plants around the patio have done exactly what I intended for them to do. I read in one of my gardening magazines that you should plant tropical, water-loving plants in a low area that floods when it rains and by golly it worked. Before, our patio would flood when we got lots and lots of rain at one time, this time it has not flooded into the garage like before. HOOORAY!!!!! The plants have doubled in size and the yard is truly beginning to look like a jungle. Until next time.

I have not done this in a while, so the picture may not come through the first time, but here goes. With all of the rain we have gotten over the last few weeks the back yard has become a tropical jungle. Yeah!!!!

Good Heart

I have not blogged in a long time. When I logged on I noticed that things had changed--A LOT. So I followed the instructions and got logged on to Goggle Blog and posted and it came up on a brand new place. I am now trying to post on the old place and we'll see if it happens. Anyway, I went yesterday in a pouring down rain and had a "Heartsaver CT" scan done and guess what??? I have NO plaque anywhere in my arteries. I have a good heart. Patsy said last night that she read if you never have had much plaque on your teeth that you would not have plaque in your arteries. Now that does make sense, after all the teeth and the heart are normally part of the same body and in my case, I am delighted. That has motivated me to lose the pre/post menupausal weight that I have been carrying around over the last 15 years. I am a happy girl. With this new log-on stuff, I am hoping that this makes it to publication.
