Spring Break is almost over!!!!!

Hey everybody!!
Well, I have been a very busy girl this spring break. I have painted the middle bedroom and put it back together again. It is really great--green walls--pink accessories, pink scarf draped across the window. Found the perfect quilt pink and green. It really looks great. Now, I have moved outside to tackle the yard. I bought 6 bags of quikcrete to finish the walkway from the garden to the pool deck. I thought it was going to rain, so I did not break out the bags of concrete. I will tomorrow, after lunch with Jessica. Plan to lunch with Kirk on Friday. I really love being off and puttering around the house. My days are dwindling FAST!! I won't have too long before school is out for the summer and I can putter for two months. Yippee!!! Larry and Cheri are coming in on Friday--to celebrate Kyler's birthday--one year old. Golly, it's hard to believe. It will be good to see them. They are buying a house in Dallas--very exciting. Pictures that Cheri posted on her blog look fabulous. Can't wait to see it for real.

You know when you own your own house it is like you have become a real adult or something--I think it is knowing that you have rooms to paint, a yard to keep, utilities to pay for that kind of bring it all into "reality" for you. I hope that Larry and Cheri truly enjoy owning their own place. I am very proud of them!!!!!
