Handicapped Knee

I underwent an MRI on my right knee today. Holy Moly, that was an experience. I am so glad that I only had to be shoved into that machine up to my elbows, because I might have become hysterical, otherwise. The noise level with those machines is unbelievable. The tech gave me a pair of ear plugs, I thought "this is not a good sign." It was only 16 minutes, but it felt like 16 hours. The tech was soooo nice. I had to have this procedure because my dr. thinks that I have a torn meniscus. All of this has happened because of an old injury and a fall about a year ago, also, being on my feet all day teaching doesn't help the situation. I only hope that it is not so bad that I need surgery. That would SUCK bad!!!!!
I am, otherwise, enjoying a week off for the Thanksgiving Holidays. We are hosting the family for the holiday, and I am looking forward to it.
